RG Associates was originally formed in 1994, specializing in computer technology for small and medium-sized organizations, as well as Business Panning, emphasizing services for Start-up companies and others requiring funding for continuing operations.

Our current mission is to provide a wide range of services for small and medium-sized companies, in a wide range of industries. This includes services for companies that are in a “distress” situation, for whatever reason. Our services include working in marketing, sales, organizational, operational and financial environments.

We do not write lengthy reports for management to put on a shelf and ignore. We work “hands-on” with management and staff, as appropriate, to institute the necessary changes.

As a general rule, there is no charge for an initial meeting. After that, we will prepare a proposal for your discussion and review. At that time we will set out a mutually satisfactory program, with time lines to completion.
