We understand that the information we discuss with clients is of the utmost confidentiality, and we treat it in that manner. Any information would not be discussed with any outside person or company without the explicit approval of our clients. We do not even disclose the names of our clients to others without the approval of the client.

We do not accept clients in a competitive environment with other clients without specific permission.

We are straightforward with clients as to the reasonable expectations to be achieved from our program.

We are in continual contact with clients during the course of our engagement.

We will always act in a professional manner with clients, staff, vendors and customers.

We set our fees based on the expected length of the engagement, or, if the client prefers, an hourly charge.
