Turnaround Management

Unfortunately, sometimes companies get into dire straits. It doesn’t really matter why; our function is to get you out of the situation and back into the good graces of your bank, suppliers and workers. We will do whatever is necessary to “turn around” the messy situation. We will collect your receivables, work with your suppliers to provide some breathing room, and make sure that your bank understands both your situation and what you are trying to do about it.

We will also seek additional funding, if that is called for, as we have an array of lenders to fit different situations. The critical matter is that we work for you, not the bank, not the suppliers, nor anyone else.

We will assist in rationalizing your organization, to cu costs, if required, or to move people around to make a more sensible and effective team.
